Provides technical and laboratory service support for existing products and solutions across all stages of development.
Designs and executes proof-of-concept studies for new products and R&D initiatives.
Conducts laboratory, field, and customer trials, including data collection, analysis, and interpretation of results.
Prepares and maintains technical documentation and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Collaborates closely with Technical Services, Commercialization Management, Regional Sales, and Key Account teams to support the technical conversion of sales opportunities.
Delivers training to Sales teams, channel partners, and new Technical Services team members on product applications and testing methodologies.
Degree in Food Engineering or a related field; PhD preferred.
Minimum of 7 years experience in a similar role or in product development within the food industry (B2B experience preferred).
Strong understanding of the food ingredient market; experience in powder processing is an advantage.
Proven ability to design experiments, analyze and interpret data, and translate results from lab, field, and customer trials into actionable recommendations.
Strong ownership mindset, with the ability to work independently while fostering collaboration.
Experience in technical leadership positions preferred.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Solid project management skills, including planning and documentation.
Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required; additional languages are an advantage.
Willingness to travel up to 70% as required.
