We’re looking for a Head of Technical Services to lead our global expert team and technical centers in developing solutions for the construction industry, specifically in Paints & Coatings, Adhesives & Sealants and Cementitious materials. The role oversees customer service levels, technical support to sales, product validation, and the successful transfer of proofs of concept into commercial launches. You will work at the intersection of materials science and application excellence, shaping how the industry uses Omya’s mineral products for performance and sustainability. A university degree in engineering / chemistry or relevant subject area is beneficial. Minimum 3-5 years of relevant business experience. International work experience is beneficial. Good understanding and knowledge of the Omya corporate services and global marketplace esp. in food & feed markets where processing aids such as anticaking solutions are used.  Personality with a strong entrepreneurial spirit, having a feeling for the market value of new products. Project Management and Portfolio Management skills.
