What you will move in this role:

• Define and maintain the overall system architecture and technical roadmap for the wireless charging system
• Define system partitioning, interfaces and functional allocation across Hardware, Software and Mechanical domains
• Lead architecture reviews, trade-off analysis and technical decision making
• Analyze customer, regulatory and stakeholder requirements and derive system requirements according to ASPICE
• Ensure end-to-end requirements traceability from customer requirements to system implementation and validation
• Define safety mechanisms and support safety test case creation
• Develop the item definition, HARA, Functional Safety Concept and Technical Safety Concept
• Lead safety analysis including FMEA, FMEDA, FTA and DFA
• Coordinate and support functional safety assessments, audits and reviews with customers and certification bodies
• What skills and experience you should bring:
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in automotive engineering, electrical engineering, Electronics, or related field
• 7+ years of experience in automotive system engineering, including significant experience in System Architecture
• Proven experience leading complex automotive system development from concept to SOP
• Extensive knowledge of ISO 26262 and automotive functional safety processes
• Strong understanding of system architecture, requirements engineering, ASPICE and V-model development
• Strong leadership and influencing skills with the ability to drive technical decisions across cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured and data-driven approach
• Strategic and systems-thinking mindset with the ability to balance technical, business and safety requirements
• Pragmatic decision-maker capable of balancing innovation, risk, quality, timing and cost
• Continuous improvement mindset with a passion for innovation, quality and engineering excellence
