Your responsibilities:
Act as strategic HR partner and trusted advisor to leaders across Technology (R&D), Service and selected Corporate Functions.
Serve as a member of the Technology Division Management Team and contribute HR perspectives to business decisions, organizational development and people topics.
Advise and support managers on HR practices, processes and policies, including employee relations, performance management, change management and leadership effectiveness.
Partner with leaders on workforce planning, organizational design, talent management, succession planning and capability development.
Support the implementation of annual HR processes, including performance management, salary review, talent review and employee engagement activities.
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and hiring managers on recruitment activities for selected roles and support effective job marketing and communication.
Use workforce and people data to identify trends, derive insights and recommend pragmatic actions that support business objectives.
Lead or contribute to HR projects, process improvements and diverse local or global assignments.
Foster an inclusive, engaging and high-performance culture aligned with Accelleron’s values.
Ensure compliant and consistent HR solutions in line with Swiss employment legislation, internal policies and governance requirements.
Your background:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Law or a related field.
5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner, HR Manager or equivalent HR generalist role in a complex business environment, preferably experience with HR work in management teams.
Experience partnering technical, engineering, R&D, industrial, service or manufacturing populations is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of talent management, organizational development, employee relations and Swiss employment legislation.
Experience with Workday or a similar HR system is preferred.
Proven ability to advise, challenge and influence leaders at different organizational levels.
Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution and operational excellence.
Structured, proactive and solution-oriented working style with strong business acumen and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in an international matrix environment.
Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
