• Advise and support line managers on occupational safety and health matters and drive cross-site alignment of safety programs and practices
• Proactively conduct risk analyses and mitigate risks end-to-end along the value chain, ensuring sustainable and practical solutions
• Maintain a strong on-site presence through safety inspections, coaching and dialogue to actively strengthen the safety culture
• Developing and implementing local plans in support of regional and global EHS initiatives
• Actively engage with international stakeholders within the Carlsberg Group and drive Health & Safety change initiatives

Your Backpack:

• Technical degree from a university or university of applied sciences, or equivalent qualification
• Certification as Safety Specialist (EKAS) or Specialist ASGS
• Extensive leadership experience and strong expertise in occupational safety and health within an international environment
• Strong communication and influencing skills, with experience in training, coaching and guiding employees and leaders at all levels, as well as managing stakeholders in a matrix organisation
• Proficient in German and English; French is an advantage
