      Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten:

      • Koordination von Reparaturen für Deutschland, Österreich und die Schweiz von der Auftragserfassung bis zur Rechnungserstellung
      • Erfassung und Anlage von Gerätebestellungen im SAP-System
      • Annahme, Erfassung und administrative Bearbeitung von Reparaturaufträgen
      • Steuerung und Nachverfolgung von Reparaturvorgängen in Zusammenarbeit mit externen

      Dienstleistern

      • Kundenkommunikation rund um Geräte
      • Verwaltung von Leihgeräten einschließlich Versandorganisation
      • Sicherstellung der termingerechten Bearbeitung von Reparaturaufträgen
      • Rechnungsstellung und Auftragsabschluss
      • Kommunikationsschnittstelle

      Anforderungen:

      • Sie verfügen über eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
      • Sie bringen ein ausgeprägtes Verständnis für kaufmännische Prozesse mit und arbeiten sicher in den Bereichen Auftragsmanagement, Kundenbetreuung sowie administrative Sachbearbeitung. Eine strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise sowie ein hoher Qualitätsanspruch zeichnen Sie aus
      • Sie sind sicher im Umgang mit SAP sowie den gängigen Microsoft-Office-Anwendungen
