Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the Continuous Improvement (CI) strategy aligned with business objectives
• Drive and sustain a Lean and Continuous Improvement culture across all levels of the plant organization
• Lead and facilitate improvement projects, Kaizen events, workshops, and structured problem-solving activities
• Apply and promote Lean methodologies such as 5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, Standard Work, and Visual Management
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve productivity, quality, efficiency, and overall operational performance
• Plan, coordinate, and execute CI initiatives while ensuring measurable and sustainable business results
• Monitor project progress and key performance indicators (KPIs) to support data-driven decision-making
• Analyze performance trends and root causes to drive continuous improvement efforts
• Manage and continuously improve project management processes, including status tracking and reporting of strategic initiatives
• Integrate quality, compliance, and safety considerations into all improvement initiatives
• Actively contribute as a member of the Executive Steering Committee (ESC)
• Qualifikation & Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, Manufacturing, or a related field
• Several years of experience in Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing, Operational Excellence, or a comparable role, preferably within a regulated manufacturing environment
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification is highly desirable
• Proven experience leading cross-functional projects and driving organizational change initiatives
• Strong proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
• Ability to build engagement and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
• Fluent in German and English
