Job Description

• Als Account Manager (m/w/d) Specimen Management übernehmen Sie die Verantwortung für den erfolgreichen Vertrieb des BD Specimen Management Portfolios in Ihrem Vertriebsgebiet. Dazu gehören insbesondere Lösungen für die präanalytische Probengewinnung und -handhabung, einschließlich Blutentnahmesysteme, Sicherheitsprodukte, Urindiagnostik sowie weitere Produkte und Services entlang des diagnostischen Workflows
• Sie entwickeln bestehende Kundenbeziehungen in Kliniken, Laboren, Krankenhausverbünden, Einkaufsgemeinschaften und ambulanten Einrichtungen strategisch weiter und identifizieren neue Geschäftsmöglichkeiten. Dabei arbeiten Sie auf allen relevanten Hierarchieebenen – von Anwendern und Laborleitungen über Einkauf und Management bis hin zu Entscheidern in Gesundheitsnetzwerken., Ein besonderer Fokus liegt auf der Gewinnung von Marktanteilen, der Identifikation von Konversionspotenzialen sowie der Umsetzung langfristiger Wachstumsstrategien innerhalb Ihres Gebietes. Grundlage hierfür sind eine strukturierte Kundensegmentierung, fundierte Potenzialanalysen sowie die konsequente Anwendung des BD Way of Selling
• Sie übernehmen die eigenverantwortliche Steuerung Ihrer Verkaufschancen und Kundenprojekte, verfolgen Umsatz-, Profitabilitäts- und Marktanteilsziele und nutzen moderne Vertriebsinstrumente zur Planung und Erfolgsmessung. Dabei arbeiten Sie eng mit Kolleginnen und Kollegen aus Key Account Management, Clinical Specialists, Marketing, Customer Service und weiteren Business Units zusammen

Sie sind verantwortlich für:

• Die konsequente Anwendung des BD Way of Selling
• Die Entwicklung und Umsetzung strategischer Gebiets- und Kundenpläne, - Die Gewinnung von Neukunden sowie den Ausbau bestehender Kundenbeziehungen, - Die Identifikation und Bearbeitung komplexer Verkaufschancen, Ausschreibungen und Konversionsprojekte, - Die Erreichung definierter Umsatz-, Wachstums- und Profitabilitätsziele, - Die systematische Analyse von Markt-, Wettbewerbs- und Kundenentwicklungen, - Die Positionierung des gesamten SM-Portfolios entlang der Kundenwertschöpfungskette, - Die Durchführung von Produktpräsentationen, Workshops und Fortbildungsveranstaltungen, - Die aktive Nutzung und Pflege von Salesforce.com zur Dokumentation von Aktivitäten, Verkaufschancen und Forecasts, - Die enge Zusammenarbeit mit Clinical Specialists, Key Account Management, Marketing, Customer Service und weiteren internen Stakeholdern, - Die Mitwirkung an regionalen und nationalen Wachstumsinitiativen
• Bevorzugte Fähigkeiten
• Sie verfügen über ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Naturwissenschaften, Medizintechnik, Gesundheitsmanagement oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung., Idealerweise bringen Sie bereits Erfahrung im Vertrieb medizinischer Produkte, Diagnostiklösungen oder im Gesundheitswesen mit. Kenntnisse des deutschen Labor- und Krankenhausmarktes sind von Vorteil., Darüber hinaus überzeugen Sie durch:
• Nachweisbare Vertriebserfolge im beratenden Verkauf, Ausgeprägte Kunden- und Ergebnisorientierung, Unternehmerisches Denken und strategisches Handeln, Verhandlungsgeschick und Überzeugungskraft, Analytische Fähigkeiten zur Identifikation und Priorisierung von Geschäftspotenzialen, Die Fähigkeit, nachhaltige Beziehungen zu unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern aufzubauen, Eine selbständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
• Professioneller Umgang mit CRM-Systemen (idealerweise Salesforce.com), Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Hohe Reisebereitschaft innerhalb des Vertriebsgebietes (ca. 70–80 %), Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten, Hohe Eigenmotivation, Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität, Teamfähigkeit sowie Freude an der Zusammenarbeit in cross-funktionalen Teams, Integrität und ein hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein
