Learn more about Triumph on: www.triumph.com www.facebook.com/Triumph/ www.instagram.com/Triumph/ www.linkedin.com/company/triumph-international/ Our Global Brand Department in our headquarters in Bad Zurzach (Switzerland) is looking for a Global Consumer Insights Specialist (m/f/d) (100%) Your Responsibilities: Manage execution of consumer research projects from project briefing till delivery of report Support synthesis of research results Help set up workshops and contribute to embedding findings in the organization Research potential external partners and Agencies for projects Manage day to day communication with Agencies for projects (feedback rounds of research proposal, supply information / images / creative stimuli, manage agendas and organize stakeholders, etc) Manage the day to day communication with internal stakeholders (collect necessary inputs and information from internal team and share with Agency, align research documents and collect feedback, etc) Proactively search for information on cultural trends and topics, values and life of women today, globally Build own relationships to be always up to date with business situation and challenges, future product ideas and marketing campaigns Your ideal profile: At least 2 years of experience in a Marketing role Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or similar studies Open minded, empathetic personality who is in touch with the word (through social media, news, etc) Interested in female psychology, why people do things and how they could be influenced Passionate for creating meaningful consumer goods and marketing campaigns Structured and organized person, who enjoys creating structure where it does not exist Likes working independently Accurate, has attention to details and can manage a project timeline responsibly Good balance between analytical & creative mindset Fluency in English (must have), German (nice to have) Very good communication skills & high awareness of how to use PowerPoint 2-3 years working experience in a Marketing / Brand / Product / Consumer Insights role is a plus Experience with managing market research projects is a plus We offer: You will never walk alone As a family owned business with more than 130 years of experience, Triumph embraces diversity throughout our global organization.
